Terms of Purchase for Paid Online Live Courses

These involve a live Zoom workshop. Material of a confidential nature can be discussed so there are no recordings.
You can request a transfer to another date up to one week before the scheduled date. Please respect the notification time.
If you cannot attend on the day due to illness or emergency, please email contact us and you can be transferred to an alternative date.
Where an alternative date is available, a refund cannot be considered.
Where we have to cancel or postpone a live workshop, an alternative date will be offered. If this is inconvenient a refund can be made available.
